Does Intuit offer discounts for non-profit organizations to reduce monthly fees for payroll service that we just learned will increase by $16 per month as of April 1?

As national headquarters of a non-profit academic honor society, our office of only 5 employees (2 full time, 3 part time) tries to keep operating expenses as low as possible.  We were just notified that our base monthly rate for Intuit payroll service will increase from $39 to $45, and the employee surcharge will double, a total increase of $16 per month.  Do you offer a non-profit discount?  How can we reduce our month costs for payroll service?
