Warm greetings, @chepp1. I understand that you want your employees to be able to view the YTD total in their email without having to open any attachments or pay stubs.
As mentioned by BigRedConsulting, the attached PDF is the only official pay stub. Currently, there's no option to automatically add the YTD total in the email body without opening the attachment. I see the advantage of having this functionality, so I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They'll carefully review your idea and may consider it for future updates.
To submit your suggestions and ideas:
- Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.

On the other hand, if you want to look closely at your business's finances, you can run a payroll report. It will provide a comprehensive overview of your company's payroll expenses, including salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other associated costs.
