Employees did not receive direct deposits this morning (Nov 12, 2021). Has anyone else had this problem? I use QuickBooks Online Payroll

This has happened to us as well today. No idea why.

My employees did not receive paychecks either this morning. No way to get ahold of help from Intuit, just like when the same thing happened earlier this year!

I talked with QB Onilne Help. Since I did the payroll on a Holiday, which is after the cut-off time, Direct Deposit Payroll will land in the employee's accounts at 5pm, Pacific Time today, Friday, 11/12/2021. I hope this helps everyone.

I've had two clients have their Direct Deposit paychecks automatically switch to paper checks without prompting or notice. They both missed the deadline and were okay with receiving their Direct Deposit today, but when there were no funds in their employees accounts they discovered it automatically selected paper checks!!!!
