Quickbooks we need answers!
I understand this hasn't been easy for you and your employees, Dashnj and Dentist17.
We’re aware that there’s an issue with the Direct Deposit payroll for April 30. Please know that we’re actively working on resolving this, so the employees will get paid on time.
We’re tracking each of the affected customer accounts to see if we can make the deposit sooner, or provide you with a specific timeframe. For now, the bank has until 5 PM to deposit the funds to the employee accounts. Also, please note there isn’t a need to cancel the payroll and create paper checks.
While we’re looking for an immediate fix, we suggest subscribing to this link to get updates about the status of the issue: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/?subscription_confirmed=true.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Please know that we will surely keep the Community on track so keep an eye out here and on your email.
Thank you for the update
Joining the thread to share some updates about this Direct Deposit concern, @Dashnj,
We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
How can this be true when the withdraw of funds have not even been processed through the business account yet? It is 1:47 PM Pacific Time and nothing has been withdrawn from the business account so how can funds be deposited into employees accounts if it has not even processed through and removed from the employers bank account?
I know that this process hasn't been easy for your employees, alannab.
Please know that the direct deposit issue has already been resolved. You don't have to do anything on your end. Rest assured, your employees will see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day.
We thank you for your patience and time to post in the Community. Have a great rest of the weekend.
