You can re-enter your historical payroll and paid taxes in QuickBooks Desktop by accessing the Payroll setup interview. I'll show you the steps on how to do it.
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company file.
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Select Payroll Setup.
- Then, you’ll be directed to the Payroll setup wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instruction and save the transaction once done.
