FAMLI Report for Colorado NOT there in Quickbooks!

Is there any update on this issue?

This is so surprising, there's no way to download an xml or csv report from QuickBooks and upload it to Colorado website for FAMLI act. QBO acknowledged they DON'T have it. If I have to manually enter 400 employees in FAMLI website not sure what use QuickBooks payroll is.

FAMLI Report for Colorado NOT there in Quickbooks!

Hi Marie,

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to assist you concerning a report for the Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI) in QuickBooks.

The process of uploading the info will depend on what your state allows for Colorado FAMLI. I recommend consulting your state agency for additional assistance with uploading the data.

Since the feature will also depend on the allowable methods for uploading data from your state, we don't have a specific time frame for the availability. As we assess this, It would be best to send feedback to our product engineers.

We take note of changes and adjustments based on user feedback. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4. Hit Next to submit.

You also can exempt employees from Colorado FAMLI in QuickBooks Desktop. I have a link here you can use as a reference if you have an exempted employee who has paychecks deducted with Colorado FAMLI: Set up Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).

Let us know if you have more questions or concerns about tracking paid family and medical leave in Colorado. We'll be here to help. Take care, and have a great rest of the day.
