I am well aware that every penny counts, @venterdanie. Let me go into details about the charges deducted and route you to the appropriate support.
We can use the Look up your charge tool to check the deductions made from your bank or credit card. This way, you can ensure that the payment went through.
On the other hand, please know that we'll still need to route you to our Customer Support team. As they have the necessary tools that are needed to ensure that your account is safely opened and examined.
Here's how:
Once everything's fine, we can help you manage your QuickBooks Online subscription, including updating the card on file, changing your subsc....
I'm always available in the comments if you need additional assistance managing your QBO account. Have a good one.
Nothing has changed…. I just want to be done with them, but they don’t allow it. Forget about this major corporation doing the right thing, they’re too busy living in mansions on our hard-earned dollars we pay for terrible service. It’s a shame.
They still haven’t… they make excuses for why they can’t just fix the problem within their company, instead they’ve been trained to evade questions and lie at all costs. SMH
I’ve been having the same customer service issues with them since the Vid started. I’m just requesting they let me in my account to shut it down, or do it over the phone. They keep telling me it’s not possible. Blows my mind! Can these people get some software training?
Has anyone had success? Where are the people in charge? Y’all wasting money paying so many people that cannot “do” anything…. Ya know you could stop scamming your customers out of money, if you’d trim the fat. We’re just business owners, what do we know? Ha
Getting the run around here too! Man this is terrible! It’s just getting worse, so I’ve asked out and now they’re holding my account login ability so I can’t adjust the account…. That’s not right! They also told me they can’t cancel it over the phone. I feel like a hostage… insane.
You all need to get your bank involved with the problems you are having with Intuit, especially payroll, and don't let Intuits CSR get around you, you have every right to ask to speak to an English speaking representative, I have been using QB for 22.5 years, they tried to tell me that QB online is our only way to do payroll, they thought I was in idiot, and could get over on me, but they were wrong, I got over on them. Now I use QB Enterprise Solution 24.0, and I LOVE it, I had one problem, I called and had a human being within a minute of me calling, and they fixed it right away. You need to put them in their place and keep them there, file a complaint with your bank and tell them of the problems you are having with Intuit, they helped me when Intuit tried to make their problem my problem, they were shut down by my bank, which I love. Good Luck to all of you.
You go Sandi, I love it!!
Hollywood, don't let here fool you,
Same experience.
I just called today and was told, yet again, I would receive a call back and my case was so-called "elevated as a pririty" with the seemingly non-existing "backend team".

I agree...Quickbooks is scraping the bottom of the barrel for sure.....
Here is what I wrote to the Consumer Protection Bureau and will copy to BBB, as well as forward to DA's in California that pursue fraud and unethical business practices:
For some unclear reason, Quickbooks has been holding all of the money from our little company's credit card transactions for almost a month.
They refuse to release it, and cannot give me an explanation other than their "Back End Team" will contact me.
After many, many attempts, and many of my hours wasted while I am recuperating from open heart surgery, , no one has contacted me and the situation has not been resolved, and Quickbooks/Intuit is holding on to our small company's money.
I have been promised many times to get a call back, but apparently, this is lie, or completely ignored.
I have tried every avenue -chats, phone calls, and emails which are apparently not available to respond to, while the payments done through Quickbooks credit cards are not being released to us. I am wondering who is holding on to this money?
Their "Quickbooks community complaint" website is a testimonial to the consistent and never ending unethical and egregious practices of this company, and their lack of customer support or any resolutions for important financial transactions, payments, etc.
It is truly egregious and questionably legal.
Please investigate this company.
It is very clear, I am not the only one.
