Yes I am having same problem, done all updated, missing 2 digits of ssn. I appreciate the sharing of your efforts… It’s reassuring that there are others having similar problems, and it’s a QB issue not me. Unfortunately, doesn’t seem any fix yet. Can’t believe there isn’t an employee that can’t correct this in 10 minutes - pretty basic. Keep us all posted. Thanks!!!
I'm sad to hear that you're experiencing the same issue, @Jdga.
I completely understand how frustrating it can be when something minor like a two missing digit in your SSN prevents you from accessing essential account functions like downloading or printing.
Rest assured, I'm here to provide clarity and insights on how to proceed.
I've looked into our system and confirmed that the investigation with FL RT-6 EE's Social Security Numbers is still in progress. Rest assured our dedicated product engineers are diligently working to address these concerns at the earliest opportunity.
If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks payroll support team so that you can be included in the list of affected users. This will help our engineers assess the scope of the issue and keep you informed via email updates once it's resolved.
While we work to resolve the issue with your Florida sales tax filing through QuickBooks, I recommend using the Florida Department of Revenue's online filing system or e-file service as a temporary workaround. This will allow you to go ahead and submit your sales tax return on time until we can get your QuickBooks filing capability restored.
To help you effectively manage and view payroll tax payments and forms in QuickBooks, I've gathered some useful resources and links below:
While we work on resolving this, I kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution that aligns with your needs, @Jdga. Stay safe!

No offense but I brought this to Quickbooks attention on 9/27/2023 and there is still no resolution.
These forms are due 10/31/2023. If you read all of my posts I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with payroll support and got nowhere. I have posted my workaround and also stated a few times that I go online to the FDOR website to file. So your post says nothing new that I have not already done/said.
