Let me share some info about your concern.
The information that shows in the report and W-2 form are based on the paychecks you created per employee for the year. To make sure it is correct, try to run the Payroll Details report and customize it for each employee. This report displays all the pay checks you've created or each employee, including the amount, taxes, and deductions.
Here's how:
Once done, open QuickBooks on a new window and go to Taxes > Payroll Tax > Annual Forms > W-2 Copies A & D. Then, find the employee and compare the figures you see in the report.

The W-2 Forms posted to the Payroll Filings tab as "on their way out" to SSA and the IRS are INCORRECT. The last week of paychecks have been left out.
Worse yet, after four hours on hold with Intuit, we learned this was intentional and that Intuit refuses to correct these and provide accurate copies to employers. The correct copies will only be available by mail in mid-February or to those employees that upload the data to Turbotax. Just incredible.
Do not distribute these W-2 forms to employees, Knowing that they are intentionally prepared inaccurately, that may be considered fraud.
