Yeah, why would anyone want to know when they're going to get paid. Come on QBO, just another ridiculous easy fix that has yet to be completed.

Can I print a 2019 payroll schedule from QB to give my employees?

Hi there, @cmmowing.

i appreciate you joining us here in the Community. I'm here to help share some information about printing a payroll schedule in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks is designed to produce current payroll schedules. This is way you can still affix any changes to your payroll schedule as the year goes by. However, if you which to foresee what would be the next paycheck date if you set payroll for a specific month you can use the payroll calendar. This allows you to see on when you are going to send your payroll. You can access it through this link: When should I send payroll?

Also, I'd encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Online blog to be update with the latest news, including product improvements and company highlights.

That should do it!

Please know that I'm just a reply always if you have any other questions with payroll schedules. I'll make sure you're taken care of. Have a great weekend!

Why are these VIPs (very important points) not answered properly???   Every time I search and find questions that are similar or the same as what I'm asking, the REPLY from QB is often never answered correctly.  Come QBs!  This is getting very frustrating.

Hi wenmos33,

Allow me to step in and address your concern. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us here in the QuickBooks Community.

Giving you the best experience is what we aim for. However, the list of payroll schedules hasn't been made available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

On the other hand, I have some suggestions that may help answer your questions or concerns. You can go to this link: US QuickBooks Community Homepage. Then, click on Help articles and type in a keyword in the Search bar.

We also have lots of tutorial videos that will guide you step-by-step on how to do various tasks in QBO. Here's the link for you reference: QuickBooks Tutorials.

This should point you in the right direction. Leave a comment below if there's anything you need. I'll be around to keep helping.

It's just like why do we need an add on to have the system send out auto reminders to pay outstanding invoices....

Hi jm6187,

While QuickBooks Online doesn't have the option to create a Payroll Schedule, we have Routines for QuickBooks. It allows you to set up reminders/alerts.

To enable:

  1. Click Gear.
  2. Click QuickBooks Labs.
  3. In the Routines for QuickBooks section, slide the switch icon to turn on.
  4. Click Done.

You can read the details here: How to automate tasks with Routines.
