As much as I'd love to offer help and share how you can update your payroll account for SUI tax exemption, we've got a separate team who can better address this in no time. Thus, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team.
With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up your account we have on file and review your payroll account information. Also, share the steps needed to change your tax profile to stop the contribution of employer contribution for SUI taxes accordingly. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a few words describing your goal for today in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Continue.
- Choose a channel where you wanted to connect with our dedicated support.
