Before adding another pay item, we’ll have to determine its type. The process requires accessing one’s company file.
Since we value the safety of your account, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. They can help enter the product/item in your account in a secure space.
- Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
- This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
- Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
- Choose how you want to contact our QBO Care Team.
