How do I cancel a scheduled phone meeting?

1. Open and sign in to the QuickBooks Online mobile app. 
2. Select Live Expert.
3. You can view your upcoming appointment here. To edit or cancel your appointment, tap on the appointment. 
4. Select Edit appointment.
5. You have several options for managing your appointment. 
   • To cancel your appointment, select Cancel appointment. Then, select Yes, cancel to confirm. 
   • To change the phone number your bookkeeper will contact you at, select Update your phone number and enter a new phone number. Select Done and then Update phone number. 
   • To change the date or time of your appointment, select Choose a different date or time.

In addition to text reminders (if you chose that option), you'll get email reminders about your appointment.

In QuickBooks Online, we can view, change, or cancel your scheduled appointment via the QuickBooks Online mobile app:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online mobile app. If you don't have the app, you can install it on your tablet/mobile device.

3. From there, you can view and check your appointment. 
4. To edit or cancel your appointment, tap it.
5. Then, click Edit appointment. This will present you with various choices to manage this: 
   • To change the date or time of your appointment, select Choose a different date or time.
   • To cancel your appointment, hit Cancel appointment. Then, Yes, cancel to confirm.
