We'll have to turn off the QuickBooks Workforce access for old employees to eliminate their invitation, frank27. I'll guide you through the process.
- Go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Select your employee.
- Click Actions, then choose Turn off Workforce access.

- Select Confirm.
Moreover, QuickBooks won't let you delete employees who have paychecks or pay history. You can only change their employment status to keep your record and list accurate.
