How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

I have the same issue. If you click on an individual employee, there is no button for <Invite to Workforce>. That exists only on the prior page that lists all employees. When I click on the button, it has check boxes to send invites to the employees, but those that have already signed up for Workforce are grayed out and cannot be selected. It doesn't seem that there is any way to revoke Workforce access, at least in our account. I have one employee who accepted the invitation but lost her login credentials for Workforce. She asked if I could send her another link, but it currently seems impossible. Any help is welcome!

How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

I understand the difficulties you are facing regarding sending your employee an invite to access the Workforce, JLBJR.

I want to reassure you that I'm here to offer another way to resolve this.

To send that employee another invitation to use Workforce, you can have them get a new email address. I'm adding this article for more guidance: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.

Additionally, I'm sharing these additional resources if you need more assistance when giving your employees their paystubs through Workforce:

Keep me posted if you have other concerns about inviting employees to QuickBooks Workforce or any concerns. I'll be here to provide you with the support you need.

How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

Were you ever able to get an answer for how to send a new invite on Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise? It seems like it's impossible. Every instruction I've ever been given from contacting support doesn't work. Is there no way to revoke access to Workforce and then resend an invite on Desktop?? Seems like this should have been fixed a long time ago.

How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

I appreciate all your efforts in dealing with this, @lauram09.

Let me provide information for you to resend a new workforce invitation to your employees in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

If your employee did not receive the original invite despite having the correct email address, you can resend it by following the steps below:

  1. Select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
  2. From QuickBooks Workforce, select Invite Employees.
  3. Sign in with your Intuit Account and select the employee's name to resend the invite.
  4. Once done, select Send Invite.

However, if your employee’s email address is incorrect or they provided a new email address. You can cancel the original invite and update their email address to send a new one. To do this, follow the steps below:

To remove the email address from your employee profile, here's how:

  1. Go to Employees, then Employees Center.
  2. Double-click the employee’s name.
  3. In the Required Info section, remove the email address then select Save & Close
  4. Select Employees, then Send Payroll Data
  5. In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, select Send All
  6. Enter your PIN then select OK to send.

Then, you can enter a new email address into your employee profile. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Employees, then Employees Center.
  2. Double-click the employee’s name.
  3. In the Required Info section, enter the new email address then select Save & Close
  4. Select Employees, then Send Payroll Data
  5. In the Send/Receive Payroll Data window, select Send All
  6. Enter your PIN then select OK to send.

Once you've updated the email address, you can now resend a new invitation. Here's how:

  1. Select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
  2. From QuickBooks Workforce, select Invite Employees.
  3. Sign in with your Intuit Account. This should be the person who owns the QuickBooks Payroll license.
  4. Select the employee's name to resend the invite.
  5. Once done, select Send Invite.

For more detailed information, check this article: Resend an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs and W-2s

Once the invitation is accepted, employees can see their time off balances and year-to-date pay and print their pay stubs online or in the Workforce mobile app. To guide them through the steps, you can share with them this article: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

Feel free to leave a comment below, @lauram09, if you have any further questions about resending a new invite on QBDT. I'm here to help you in any way I can.

How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

This Workfoce just sucks and support is garbage.  I have multiple employees that can't login and say the company is no longer connected.  Looking for a different solution and vendor at this point.  Tired of wasting my time to fix your problems.

How do i resend employee invitation to workforce?

until you contact INTUIT support and ask them to clear the person you are trying to invite again,  you will not get to reinvite.     It takes a while to convince them you know how to invite an employee in the "manage cloud" to receive their payroll stubs but once you convince them to clear that person, then the invite shows up again.

  2. From the Employee list, under Action, select the drop-down and choose Cancel.
  3. When finished, close the setup window.

Afterwards, head to the Employee Center to update the employee's email address. Then, resend your invitation. Here's how:

  1. Go to Employees on the top menu, then Employee Center.
  2. Double-click your employee’s name. Add their email address in the Address and Contact tab.
  3. Select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
