You can't. An earnings item can be subject to SS or not, but not partially subject, which wouldn't make sense (at least not normally.) Why do you want to do this?
Because the new Families First Cornoavirus Act Emergency FML is not subject to employer SS tax.
I have also been trying to find the answer to this question, because QB automatically has the SS Employer tax and there is no way to alter it that I can find. Let me know if you find anything out.
