You can access past W-2s in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Jeff228, through the Payroll Tax Center.
If you or we have e-filed the forms in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:
- Hover My Apps and go to the Payroll tab.
- Click Payroll taxes.
- Select the Filings tab.
- Click Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
- Select a Filter based on the form type you wish to view, or click on the Start date or End date to edit and view the past W-2.
- Hit the form name, then select View.
