How do you export a tax payment to your check register from the new online payroll for Mac?

For payroll tax payments, you can manually export them from your QuickBooks Online Payroll account. Here's how:

1. Go to Accounting on the left panel.
2. Within the Chart of Accounts tab, look for the check register.
3. Click the Funnel icon. 
4. Set the correct dates. Then, choose Tax Payment under the Transaction Type.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click the Export  icon.

To send your payroll data to QBDT for Mac, you'll have to import them to your QBDT for the Mac company file. Download import kits. You can refer to this article: IIF Overview: import kit, sample files, and headers.  You can also use a third-party application if you want. 

You'll then need to find the file on your computer. Once you have the file, follow these steps to import them to the Mac:

1. Sign in to your company file as an admin.
2. Create a backup of your company file. 
3. Go to the File menu.
4. Select Import.
5. Choose From IIF Files, then export your IIF file.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
