How to upload employee direct deposit details from QBO online?

Let me share steps in setting up direct deposit, accountant15.

We can manually enter the direct deposit details in QuickBooks since we're unable to import/upload it. You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Workers tab and select Employees.
2. Click on the employee's name, then Edit employee.
3. Change the payment method to Direct deposit.
4. Enter the details, then click Done to save it.

You'll have to do the same process to other employees. Once done, you can now process a direct deposit payroll.

If what you're referring with is to export the details, we're unable to do it in QuickBooks for security purposes. You can ask your employees instead to provide you their direct deposit details again.
