I bought online plus 2020, logged on once, set up. next time said i didnt have online acct only cheap self employed version paid 500.00 for 120 software

They are two different products. QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks (Desktop) 2020. How do you know you have 120 QBSE active accounts?
