I can't access my Quickbooks Online account. It populated to Quickbooks Money, which I'm not even subscribed to.

I called the Help Center, and they said they won't have an update till Friday, and my payroll is tomorrow!  Is anyone else having this issue?

If you're having trouble signing in to your Intuit Account, you can try a variety of troubleshooting steps depending on the issue you're experiencing. Here's an article with detailed steps: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.

 

Also, while I don't have direct access to your accounts, I would recommend contacting our Support Team again so they can review your subscriptions and ensure you can access your QuickBooks Online Payroll. I can't access my Quickbooks Online account. It populated to Quickbooks Money, which I'm not even subscribed to.

Yes, I have contacted them many times, and they said due to the recent update Payroll Online customers only have access to Quickbooks Money, not Payroll Online!  I have payroll due tomorrow, and I have zero access to my account to run payroll checks.  This is highly frustrating.

First, please ensure your login credentials are accurate upon signing in. If you can’t remember the user ID or password for your Intuit Account, but still have access to the phone number or email address on file.

 

I suggest to recover your account using your phone number or email address. Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Select Password, then Forgot password, or Text a code to [your number].
  2. Check your text messages or email for a message with your code. Note: Open your email inbox in a new tab, but don’t close the original tab with the sign-in page.  
  3. Follow the instructions we send you to sign in. You can reset your password when prompted, or skip it.

Once you have successfully recovered your account and are logged in, I recommend contacting our Live Support team  for immediate assistance.
