I get our P & L (YTD, last month, and current month) emailed to me every week. Some come portrait, some come landscape. How do I set it so all come landscape?

I recognize the relevance of this feature on your everyday task, @TJScott. I'll share the steps to submit feedback. Providing us with feedback will help improve and help you to have a better experience with QuickBooks Online.

We can only change the page layout orientation if you print and preview the report. Therefore, there isn't a way or option to have this permanent landscape orientation within the report section. 

I recommend sending feedback. This way, they'll see your suggestion and consider adding it to the next program update.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.

Our Product Development team receives your thoughtful comments (QBO) through the feature request tracking QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

This doesn't answer my question. I'm not looking to provide feedback. I'm looking for an answer to the question. I'll be more specific. 

I have four reports emailed to me each week. Two arrive in my email in landscape orientation, The YTD and last month P  & L.  Two come in portrait, this month P & L, and open invoices. All three P & Ls are formatted exactly the same except for the dates covered. I would like this month P & L to also be landscape like the other two. So, obviously, the feature is there to set these reports one way or the other. 

My question is, how do I do that?

As provided by my colleague above, we're unable to change the Profit and Loss report into landscape orientation. 

We listen to our customer's voices and suggestions. With this, I recommend sending this feedback to our Product Developers. They might consider adding this for future product enhancements. To do so, you can follow the steps given above to submit this product suggestion.
