Thanks for letting us know, @edwardsmetalsinc. If an employee is unable to clock out and the app displays the message about exceeding 8 hours, even after clearing cookies and reinstalling the app, this issue requires a deeper account review.
You’ll need to contact our Live Support team so they can troubleshoot the issue using their advanced tools and ensure everything gets resolved as quickly as possible. Here’s how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Time account.
- Click the Question Mark icon on the upper right.
- Select Product Help, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern and then click Continue.
- Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
