Thank you. I've tried this, to no avail. Over the course of 3.5 hours I spoke with 3 different representatives and chatted with 7 more. I kept getting passed to another department and no one could help me. This has been a horrible first experience with QB customer service. I've even sent 2 emails and not received a reply with a direct connection to help me.
I am having a similar problem. Our company bank only shows 5 of 25 employee payments. Why are all my employees not getting paid today? Only the 5 smallest amount have been presented to our bank. I called our bank and they said none of the other employee payroll was presented,. All the checks clearly show on the detailed check report. The "payroll direct deposit receipt" email I got last night clearly shows all 25 employees and the correct amount. But only 5 small checks have cleared. What is wrong?
Hello there, @LDO.
Once you process the direct deposit two banking days before the check date, employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by the end of the day.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. It is more the case in our current environment. I appreciate your patience as we focus on ensuring your employees' funds are available as soon as possible.
I'm just a few clicks away if there's anything else you need. I'll ensure you're all set. I wish you all the best in everything that you do.
