I have one employee that is not syncing between QB desktop and QB Time. The rest of the employees sync. How can I force them to sync?

To sync the one employee, you can force syncing by hitting the Sync QuickBooks Time three times, @kendrah1. Let me assist you with this concern.

 

I acknowledge that handling your employee's time is essential in any business. To sync all your employees, use the same computer after setting up the integration for a seamless syncing process. Once performed, ensure that the employee has at least one payroll item set up before syncing. To re-sync the one worker, click the Enter time, then select Sync QuickBooks Time. If the first attempt didn't go through, do it again three times.
