We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of your employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
For employees in time zones nearing close of business, with no funds pending according to their bank customer service, what are we telling them?

Please know that the direct deposit issue has already been resolved. You don't have to do anything on your end. Rest assured, your employees will see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day.

Funds have been deposited after hours of wasted time trying to talk to someone at intuit.
I hope this is not a new thing with QB. No Customer Service, No Talk, No text, No Email, Just Nothing. I posted on here do to frustration. More then a little upset with QB's with the little Fees here there, then more Fees.
It's not that they had a problem, it is nobody cared enough to to even talk to us about it. You are the only person that gave 2 %$#@'s to say anything.
