Welcome to the Community, @mario5.

I’m here to assist you with filing the 2018 employer tax forms in QuickBooks Online.

Sometimes the cache stores up in your system and causes issues in your web pages, such as missing data or information. It’s possible that local internet files are the reason for this unexpected behavior.

Let’s perform the recommended basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem.  To begin, log in to QuickBooks using a private window.

Here’s how:
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
•    Command + Shift + N (Safari)
•    Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
•    Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache. Here’s an article to help you with the process: Delete or Disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

The steps above should help you run the 2018 payroll employer forms in QuickBooks Online without any issue.

That should do it. Please touch base with me here should you need any additional assistance. I’ll be here to keep helping. Wishing you and your business continued success!

Hi there, @Jude2!

You'll have to consider two factors before you can file your 941 quarterly forms successfully.

To start, if you've archived or saved your 941 quarterly forms, you can access it through your archived forms and file it. Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Under Forms, select Quarterly Forms.
  4. Select View and Print Archived Forms.
  5. Choose 941 forms.
  6. Click View.

Once completed, you can now print and file your 941 quarterly forms.

However, if you haven't saved any of your 941 quarterly forms. You'll need to contact our Customer Care Support. Since filing your 941 quarterly forms requires accessing your account.

They have the tools needed to pull up and look into your account in a secure environment. And will also help you file your 941 quarterly forms successfully.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about filing your quarterly forms. It'll be always my pleasure to help you out.
