I suggest contacting the Payroll Specialists Team, who can pull up your account in a secure environment and utilize specialized tools to check previous DD service.

 

Here's a few steps you can follow to contact them:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click the Help tab at the top menu bar.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. Hit the Contact us hyperlink. 1.JPG
