You can now synchronize timesheet data to QuickBooks without activating our QuickBooks payroll, @Gisel Pomales.

QuickBooks made sure to provide options depending on your business needs. Let me share some information about the TSheets integration with QuickBooks Online.

We now have QuickBooks Time plus Payroll bundle and a standalone that works with other payroll providers, including ADP.  Since you’re using ADP for your payroll, you can now easily import TSheets data from QuickBooks Time into RUN Powered by ADP. I have several resources here for complete instruction:

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have additional or any other concerns with QuickBooks. I’m always determined to help you out.

Does Time also work with Paychex?

Hey there, @jcordell01-gmail.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

Great news, you can import QuickBooks Time data to Paychex. However, it's important to note that this would not be a direct integration, but would enable you to download a CSV of your QuickBooks Time data in a format that can be imported into Paychex for payroll processing.

In order to have the report enabled, you'll need to contact our support team. Our support can also walk you through how to use it. I've included the link to contact support below.

Can I download Tsheets data into my QB online for time tracking and job costing as well as my payroll company (uses QB) being able to also download the same data for payroll purposes? If so, what are the steps?

Hey there, @zheatherz

Thanks for following the thread and sharing your concerns.

To clarify, are you wanting to link one QuickBooks Online account to QuickBooks Time? If so, you can integrate QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online so once the time is approved, it will go to payroll and then time tracked to any jobs will show for job costing. I've included some steps to get this process started below.

  1. In QuickBooks Time, go to Feature Add-ons, then select Manage Add-ons.
  2. Find QuickBooks Online Integration and click on Install.
  3. Hit Connect to QuickBooks. The Intuit sign-in page displays.
  4. Sign in and, if you have multiple companies, choose the one to which you want to link.
  5. When prompted, select Authorize. A "You are now connected" message displays, and the Preferences window opens.

For additional details and steps for the integration, check out Integrate QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online

Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns. Take care and have a wonderful weekend. You certainly deserve it!
