Every time you run payroll, they'll receive an email informing them that their pay stubs are ready to view and print. However, it is not recommended that two employees use the same email address to receive their pay stubs. This is due to the credential information that only one employee has access to, especially since Workforce is a place where they can view and print their own W-2s.
