I'm having the same issue again except it is now about time to file the 3rd quarter 941. I assumed it would be fixed since support was able to make the correction last quarter. I have cleared the cache in the browser and it doesn't help.
Hey, @Okie129.
We appreciate you coming back and expressing your concern.
Since this is happening a second time but with a different quarter, I recommend reaching back out to our Customer Support Team.
Make sure to let them know this is occurring for the second time in the system but in a different quarter. They'll be able to do some additional reviewing on their side to see why this is happening with each quarter now.
Please come back and let us know how the call goes. We're always here to have your back. I'll be waiting for your response!
After talking with the support team they were able to file the quarterly for me on their end. But since that doesn't fix the problem though, they attached our account to the list of affected users and reported to the engineering dept. I have been assigned a case number and they don't know the timeline of how soon they will be able to resolve the issue.
My 941 was listed in the archives. The status of others read "accepted ✔". The Q2 941 was blank. How can I submit this. I already received the IRS letter on this quarter of not FILING.
You will need to contact support and let them know you have received notice from the IRS. They will guide you through what you need to do.
After receiving a case number, it took about a month to hear back from support. It all looks to have been resolved now.
Since the deadline for submission of the Q2 941 form has passed, it would be best to submit this tax form manually, @candice0517. I'm here to assist you with the process.
As you've mentioned that your Q2 941 is blank, let's generate the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report. This report will give you a detailed breakdown of your tax totals and will help you complete this tax form. To access this, here's how:

Once you've reviewed and verified the accuracy of the report, you can compile the necessary information and submit it to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Additionally, I recommend contacting our payroll support team so they can thoroughly investigate why this filing was unsuccessful. They have the necessary tools and resources to identify and address this issue.
