Is anyone running into issue with auto payroll being blocked?

I have opened multiple cases but my auto payroll is blocked. It says the company is ineligible, but unable to get a fix or an update and told to just wait a couple more months.

There are qualifications to turn on and use the Auto Payroll feature in QuickBooks. Your issue requires further checking by contacting our Payroll Support Team.

 

They have the tools to check accounts and provide necessary updates about Auto Payroll. Our Customer Support Team for QuickBooks Online Payroll - Core, Premium is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday). For QuickBooks Full Service Payroll, QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite/Premium, any time, any day.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
  4. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

Is anyone running into issue with auto payroll being blocked?

Thank you. Yes it does require additional assistance. I was asking the community if this is a mass issue or if anyone else is having it. Our auto payroll ran great for over a year and then it stopped. We have opened multiple tickets and escalated to the engineers. It been weeks and months since we have heard back on the multiple tickets and escalations we have submitted. I still have no resolution and no way to get one. Bottom line my auto payroll doesn't work and no one has been able to help me.

I continue to call QB payroll premium support and still have no resolution. I've invested hours on the phone and I have to start over every time. Can someone please help me???
