I handle all the IT related tasks for our organization and I was just recently notified that payroll processing and quarterly returns are an issue, I would like some input on this as well. Our internal systems are working normally and internet connectivity is not an issue either.
I handle IT at our company as well and we're seeing the same thing here.. Server has been rebooted, Internet connectivity is fine, and no updates to apply. Staff are seeing the error when processing any payroll or even checking for tax table updates.
I do not see any acknowledgment emails from my payroll submissions today.
Has anyone received an update when the payroll server will be back up?
We are unable to process payroll as well and I submitted a ticket and still have not heard back from Quickbooks.
