Happy Monday, @bharvey1.

I’m happy to guide you in the right direction. You may ask your question here and resolve your question. You may also start a chat with one of our chat agents.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Choose the Chat with us button.

Let me know if you have other questions or concerns. I hope you have a great day.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, terridpage_66.

After clicking your Help (?) icon, a new window will display with our Contact Us button at the bottom-center.

I went ahead and checked this in our QuickBooks Online test drive account to make sure nothing's changed with the process. It's definitely still there, here's my results from testing it today:

I've also verified that Intuit's article about contacting Customer Care confirms these steps to be accurate.

If you're still not finding the Contact Us option, there may be an issue with temporary internet files. Browsing applications collect this data and it can sometimes cause problems displaying certain parts of webpages. You can open a private window and try repeating the same process to see if it works.

Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to see the button for contacting Intuit, it's safe to say your browser is causing the problem. You can fix it by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.

In the event you're still unable to find a contact option, definitely let me know. I'll be here to assist. Have a wonderful day!
