I'm here to help you reset the data on your QuickBooks account.
There are two ways how you can do it. If its tenure is less than 60 days, you can delete the company. Here's how:
- Sign in
- On the URL bar, delete all the text after the last / and enter purgecompany.
For example:
Before: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage
After: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
- Enter Yes to delete.
- Select Wipe data.
Once deleted, you can start anew.
If the account is more than 60 days old, you'll have to cancel it and start QuickBooks from scratch.
