My 2021 Q4 Federal estimated tax payment was made in January but is being applied to 2022 and not 2021 in QBSE estimated tax calculation. Any way to fix it?

The Q4 transaction was in January 2022 and categorized as Federal estimated tax payment. There seems to be no option to indicate the payment is for 2021. So now that QBSE thinks it's for 2022, it is indicating my estimated payment for 2022 Q1 is $0. Obviously this is wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?

There is nothing to fix.  A quarterly estimated tax payment is a personal payment and should be booked as an owner equity draw, it is not an expense of the business.

I don't understand your response. I made a payment in January 2022 for Q4 2021. In QBSE it was categorized as a federal estimated tax payment. If I go into the Taxes section, under 2021 Q4, there is no payment listed. If I go into 2022 Q1, it is showing up there. This is incorrect.
