Same issue here.  None of my employees were paid.  Unable to chat with support.  I've requested a call back multiple times and have yet to receive a call.

Hello brandonjenkins and nicoled1285,

 

We are aware of this behavior and other participants here are also sharing the same experience. Our engineers are finding a fix to the direct deposit behavior. Please inform your employee to wait for their pay within the day and check their account from time to time. 

 

I'd recommend clicking the Subscribe To Update button on the link to receive notifications once the fix is available: QuickBooks Status.
