my payroll is now quickbook workforce how do I set up for employes to invite them to see payroll

Let me help you set up your employees in QuickBooks so they can view their pay stubs, @doc49.

We can simply follow these steps below:

1. Go to the Workers menu and select Employees.
2. Click the Pencil icon beside Pay to edit your employee's information.
3. In the Pay section, enter the email address of your employee.
4. Check the box for Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online. 

After this, an email will be sent to them to accept the invitation and create a Workforce account.

You can also resend the invite in case they didn't receive the first one. Let's simply follow these steps:

1. Go back to the Personal info section.
2. Select Resend next to Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2’s Online.
3. Click Done.

There are also several payroll reports that you can use to view your employee's information and payroll data. Simply go to Reports, then scroll down to the Payroll section.
