I recognize the importance of having the correct rates for your Washington Workers' Compensation rate. Let’s go to the Tax Setup Overview page to update the information.
Here’s how:
However, if you’re unable to edit the rate on the Tax Setup Overview page, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to get you back on track.
To start, log in to QBO via private browsing or incognito mode. This is the best place to identify any cache-related issue.
Here’s how:
If you’re able to update the rate using this session, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience.
When making any changes to the account, make sure you’re the admin. This way, you’ll have access to every area of the company. The user type setup affects how you perform any tasks in QBO.
You can bookmark this link for future reference. It contains helpful information about the calculation and filing process for Washington workers' compensation.
Feel free to post a comment if you have any other QuickBooks concerns. I'm always right here to help ensure you’re taken care of. Have a great day ahead.
Thanks - I WISH it was this easy but I was unable to access the workers comp rates, no matter what I tried. Finally had to have QB support change it remotely! Has never been a problem until this year though.
