I can share some information about resolving the name of the payroll withholding on an already issued paycheck, @46Sandy.
You can edit the paycheck to update your payroll withholding. This will update your paycheck information directly for the payroll and works if you haven’t sent your payroll to us yet.
Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu and select Use Register.
- Select your bank account and then the OK button.
- Click and open the check.
- Choose Paycheck Detail and update the paycheck as needed.
- Click on OK once you're done
- Click on Save & Close then Yes.
