Need to reprint 1099

Welcome to the Community, @heyjuders.

I'm here to show you how you can reprint 1099s in QuickBooks Online.

In just a few steps, you'll have another copy of 1099. I've provided the steps below on how to do this with ease:

  1. Go to the Workers tab and select Contractors.
  2. Click on the Prepare 1099s. Follow the steps in preparing the form until you're on Step 5.
  3. Select I'll file myself. Print a sample to make sure the data are correct.
  4. Hit Print on 1099 forms.

That's all there's to it! Here's a Community Article regarding questions about 1099s. You can see in that article the common questions about 1099 and their answers.

If you need further assistance, just leave me a Reply and I'll get back to you! Have a safe weekend.

Need to reprint 1099

I need to print out a single 1099-NEC on a blank piece of paper.

I haven't purchased the 1099 kit with the forms already printed.

I've done this in QBO for another client.

Now I need to do it again and I can't find how.

Thanks for your help,

Christopher
