Join nowOurs has not been processed either! I tried calling in and they sent me this link. We will most likely be switching our payroll services after this!
Any luck? Mine didn't post for three companies and I have requested a call back since the minute they opened and it keeps saying I will get one in five minutes.. Tried three times and didn't get a call. Tehn it went to 40. didn't get a call. And now it says over an hour. If you call the # directly for support it says you have to go through the online account. So basically there is no support and no response.
ours hasn't processed either. doesn't show up in ee accounts, doesn't show debited our bank account. tried to get a call back - twice - and still nothing, for the past 1 1/2 hours. tried to chat and no one has responded, but keeps saying i am in line. now it says those services are unavailable. and then it disconnected me due to timing out. ARGHHH!

We are encountering the same issue. Auto Payroll was recorded in our QBO register, however the actual funds were never withdrawn from our checking account yesterday for direct deposit to our employees today. After waiting for an hour in a help chat session, we found another help chat that said, "Our experts are currently offline. Please try again later." Not sure what's happening at Intuit, but glad to see that we aren't the only ones dealing with this issue. Hopefully they resolve it quickly and we can get our people paid.
Ours has not processed either. Chat and callback are both now disabled. I called in and received an automated message that they were working on it and was hung up on. I need to know what to tell my employees!

I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly.
Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP. Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts.
Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner. It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks. We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.

We NEED to pay them today before 2pm CST. If we have to make checks, We need to know ASAP. Over 3 hours on Chat Hold and no call backs, very frustrating!
We NEED to pay employees before quitting time at 2pm cst. I understand QBO has until 5pm to send deposits but need guarantee this will happen or else i need to make checks ASAP. 3hours on Chat Hold, Very Disappointing.

Having the same issue. Frustrating to call for help and they send you to online where there are "no channels open" for help. It sounds like this may have been resolved, but I need to know what to tell my employees about getting paid today.
Mine just randomly stopped for Oct 15th payment.
I have auto payroll turned on and it shows turned on in my control panel, but the support person told me it wasn't turned on.
She spent 20 minutes showing me how to turned it on using shared screen. I went along with it.
At the end, she said now it's turned on - It looks the same to me before and after.
Not sure if she is just an inexperience support person or what's show on my screen is not sync'd with back office.
