Over a week waiting for "supervisor" to call me back - how do we actually get customer service

I'm here to provide the updated steps in contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, clmezz.

 

Since we’ve improved the process of reaching out to our supports, you can reach one of our agents by going to the Help menu.

 

For the old Help menu interface:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button.
  3. Type your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

For the new Help menu:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, please our support hours.

 

Though aside from phone support, you can also share your concern with us, and we'll help you out.

 

I'm also adding our Help articles page for reference. From there, you can browse and read articles that will guide you in completing your future tasks.

Does anyone ever get anyone that is qualified on the phone. I'm about to contact my congressman after over a dozen attempts to track down a deposit to my bank. I've been hung up on, calls have been dropped, and put on hold for over an hr. The most horrible experience
