I see that OR - PFML is set up now in the Desktop version, however it is not calculating correctly and not deducting anything. How do I create an employee deduction for the correct amount as a workaround? The payroll items for both the employee and company portions are in the payroll item list, but with incorrect rates. I can't change the rates and neither is being calculated. Thanks!

My problem is I am an employer of fewer than 25 people but the tax rate in QB automatically sets up at 1.0%.
Since I have fewer than 25 employees the rate should reflect the employee share at .6%. How do I change the default 1.0% within the desktop version?
I'm glad to welcome you here in the Community, @cw15. Thanks for reaching out to us.
