Pay Rate (QuickBooks work force)

Hello T89,

You may be experiencing some data-related issues. Thus, you're unable to review your hourly rate. I'm here to help fix this mattter.

If you open Workforce on an application, you can follow these steps to isolate the issue. Here's how:

  1. Refresh your QBO app by clicking Help.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

If the same things happen, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here's a quick guide to do it, or visit the link here to reinstall the app directly. Just scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, then click the Free Download button.

If you're using a desktop web browser, you can follow the steps below instead. To start with, open Workforce on an incgnito windw. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Control Option P

You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Moreover, you can check this article on how you can view and print paystub: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

Post here again if you have other concerns with the program. I'll be right here if you need further assistance.
