i am the vendor.

My client said - he has paid me on Monday.

He has the same day lead time.

Today is thursday and still I haven't received any payment notification from qbo and no idea on where's the payment?

Another scam?

I have contacted your support team a total of 1000+ times.  Scam?

They are not helping me at all. I am not getting any response, my payment. zero help.

Is this another scam going on? You have stolen my hard earned money.

Your support team is useless I would say. they are just closing the chat.

payment scams

I sincerely appreciate your effort in reaching out to our support team, samarth. Your commitment of time and energy to contact us is acknowledged and valued. Thank you for contacting our live support team. I value your initiative in finding ways to resolve your issue through the Community space. I'm here to provide some insights into how fund transfers typically work and, if needed, guide you toward the appropriate support channels.

QuickBooks Payments processes payments within 2 to 5 business days. However, the actual time it takes for the money to appear in your account is influenced by various factors. These include:

  • The time of day the payment is made.
  • The particular banks involved in the transfer.
  • Weekends and federal holidays
  • How long does it take for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits?
  • The size of the transaction, a large sum, can potentially cause longer processing times. (For substantial transactions, additional security measures or holds might be in place)

Since you haven't received the funds within the anticipated timeframe, I suggest you reach out or have your client get in touch with our Payments Specialists. We aim to help all customers in the QuickBooks Community forum, but since it's also a public space, we can't discuss private account details here for security reasons. For personalized support on specific account issues, our payment specialists can assist you directly using secure tools like screen sharing. This ensures your data remains protected and confidential while addressing your concerns.

I'll show you how you can reach out to them:

  1. Visit this link: Chat with us.
  2. Enter your email address, name, and your concern.
  3. Click the Start Chat blue button.

Additionally, we can contact your client for further clarification regarding the status of your payments. Since they have a Merchant or Payments account, they can log in to their account to review the activity time frame. Following this will allow us to check the current status of your payments based on the information available in QuickBooks.

I'll guide you on how your client can verify:

  1. Sign in to this website.
  2. From the top menu, click Activity & Reports.
  3. Click Transactions.
  4. From the drop-down menu, choose your search criteria: Specific date / Range of dates, etc.

Efficient and reliable payment processing is of utmost importance, samarth. I understand how essential it is for you to have a smooth experience with your transactions. Although we're unable to access your account details in this public forum for privacy and security reasons, please know that our dedicated support team is fully prepared to assist you in resolving this issue as swiftly and securely as possible. I'm committed to ensuring your peace of mind throughout this process.
