Is anyone else having a hard time getting their payroll corrections resolved? I submitted a case -- they closed it in error. Called in several days later to check status and was forced to open a new ticket. Completed all the spreadsheets again and have been waiting for well over a month. I have been through many hours of phone calls and chats and no one can help me move this along. Why are we paying someone to complete our payrolls if they can't get the work done? Can anyone help?????? This is holding up my taxes, W2s, and more.
Perhaps one of the worst customer service / service delivery experiences I have ever encountered.
I don't want you to feel that way, r3vmed.
It frustrates me as well when things aren't done correctly. Let me make it up to you by forwarding your experience to our management team. This way, they can discuss how to improve our customer service.
On the other hand, I'm unable to pull up an account here in the Community forum. I know you've already contacted them. However, I suggest getting back in touch with our Live Support Team. Just provide the case number you currently have. They'll look it up and check the status of the payroll corrections you've submitted.

Did you ever get your issue resolved? I don't want to even use QBO payroll anymore. Its impossible to get issues fixed and no one understands payroll. They made an error on a payroll correction and put a deposit into the checking account for a check that wasn't voided. It won't let me delete the correction and I can't get anyone at QBO to correct it. I've contacted them numerous times and we need to close that checking account but there is a deposit I can't clear. Since the entry wasn't posted to the books, I can't make an adjustment. Its crazy how they make changes. Its not even proper accounting but the accountant can't fix it.
