I really think your company is a fraud. Last week on August 6th, I paid the contractor. But the contractor's bank account was closed and the payment couldn't be deposited into their account. I have consulted your agent, and they also acknowledged receiving the refund information. But so far, my bank account has not received any refund. Before that, as long as the amount was relatively small, such as 8 dollars, you would refund very quickly. But as long as the amount is 200 dollars, you have been delaying it. You won't refund me. I have consulted you for a long time. You keep saying that it is being processed, and I don't know if you are really processing it. What a terrible company!
