Nothing is resolved yet, but I'm finally getting responses. I have heard "Miss Tanya, do you have documentation?, I must clarify", a hundred times through both phone calls and chats. Those are the words that keep getting repeated over and over. My frustration level is over the top with Quickbooks and I am shopping for a new payroll program.
This issue is not resolved. QB returned my 3rd quarter payment of $1,495.04 to me, but they are not returning the 2nd quarter payment of $5,848.88 that they withdrew and did not file or pay on my behalf to OH Unemployment.
