QBO GREEDY CO. NOTICE. 7mo months in, price increase of 8%. QBO enjoys pay raise, while small business clients continue to suffer. Good look for Intuit? I think not.

I made a tough decision to go with more expensive QBO when I started this business on a shoe string budget. I decided to bite the bullet and budget for higher cost. Not event 12 months in, the decided I should pay more. I'm fairly confident this will not be the first. I should have gone with another offering. I won't even start talking about the high fees they get for CC processing. Will be fixing that soon, along with figuring out how to move onto something else... Intuit should be embarrassed.

@useratruett

You are not their target market any longer. You may switch to another accounting app with a lower fee than QBO.

They have started charging $19.99 each month (merchant account fee), for Quickbooks payments without my approval  or notification for the past few months. when questioned, no one seem to know why that happened.  I have spent over 2 hours and they promised me refund  several days ago - still not there.  It is just like mega banks charging fee and we accountant don't have any say / control.

i do not know many other accountants are being charged this fee -without any subscription -

Very bad business model - don't trust them any more

@RR2448

If you are running a B2B company, you can use a 3rd party payment processor for free to integrate with QBO.
